LK-T63 Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine with C Frame Structure for 3 Cavity Mould Production

Product Description:

Fully Automatic Aluminum Foil Container Machine with Decoiler and Stacker 0

This production line is designed for high-volume manufacturing of disposable aluminum foil containers. It integrates decoiling, stamping, and stacking in a fully automatic continuous operation. One operator is sufficient to run the entire line — balancing stable performance, high speed, and low labor cost.

With over 15 years of experience in exporting aluminum foil container machinery, we understand what matters most to production managers and factory owners: reliability, uptime, and long-term value. That is why every key component comes from globally recognized brands — Mitsubishi (PLC, touchscreen, inverter), Innomotics(main motor), Schneider (low-voltage components), and SMC / Airtac (pneumatic systems). The machine structure is built with solid materials, and the core press is designed for a service life exceeding 30 years.

This line works with both wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall (wrinkle-free) molds. It handles aluminum foil thickness from 0.025mm to 0.2mm. Where it truly stands out is thin-gauge production — the stability at lower thicknesses means less material waste and a direct reduction in per-unit cost.

Key advantages at a glance

  • One operator per line
  • Capable of 24-hour continuous operation
  • Average stamping speed: 50 strokes per minute
  • Automatic stop with fault display on touchscreen
  • 60 mold parameter storage
  • Quick mold change system

The LK-T63 press is specifically developed for three-cavity molds, making it ideal for small to medium-sized aluminum foil containers. It features a C-frame structure, with a lithium-based grease lubrication system.

Fully Automatic Standard line configuration

  • Decoiler
  • T63 press machine
  • Scrap suction system
  • Standard Three-cavity stacker
  • Scrap baler
  • Scrap aspirator

The safety door automatically stops the machine when opened during normal production — a design feature that directly protects your operators. The mold lifting arm on the worktable makes mold changes noticeably faster and easier.

Core Features & Advantages:

  • Solid bed plate –  Better rigidity, no deformation over time.
  • Higher worktable – Lowers the machine's center of gravity for better stability at high speeds.
  • Hydraulic mold change – One person can change a mold in 15 minutes. No wrench needed.
  • Thin and thick foil compatible – Handles 0.025mm to 0.2mm. Thin-gauge stability is our strong suit.
  • Adjustable process parameters – Reduces material waste, improves yield.
  • Molds are transferable – Molds made for this line can also run on other brand presses.
  • Removable logo block – Change product branding without making a whole new mold.
  • Embossing available – Add an embossing device on the decoiler.

FAQ:

Q: How many operators are needed for this line?

A: One. The line runs fully automatic.

Q: What is the actual production speed?
A: Average 50 strokes per minute, which equals approximately 9,000 to 12,000 containers per hour.

Q: What happens if the machine malfunctions?
A: The machine stops automatically, and the fault is displayed directly on the touchscreen for quick diagnosis.

Q: How long is the machine designed to last?
A: The core press has a design life of over 30 years. The complete line, with normal maintenance, will serve you well beyond 10 years.

Q: Can this produce smooth-wall (wrinkle-free) containers?
A: Yes. We design and manufacture both wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall molds.

Q: How long does a mold change take?
A: One person, using the hydraulic system, completes a mold change in about 15 minutes.

Q: Coated or uncoated foil — which one should I use?
A: Both work. Uncoated foil lowers raw material cost. For your first purchase, we recommend coated foil for smoother initial operation.

Q: Can you make custom molds based on my sample?
A: Yes. Send us your sample container, and we will build the mold to match.

Q: What is the typical reject rate?
A: Approximately 1/1000.

Q: What is the difference between T63 and T80?
A: T63 is a 3-cavity C-frame press with lithium grease lubrication. T80 is a 4-cavity H-frame press — the H-frame offers better stability, and the closed oil circuit is cleaner and more economical. If your budget allows, we recommend the T80.

Q: How loud is the machine, and where should it be placed?
A: Maximum noise at the front of the machine is 105 dB. At 50 meters away, it drops to approximately 70 dB. We recommend positioning the line away from office areas and residential zones.
